I am currently reading the book “Yogi Code” by Cameron Alborzian. One chapter recommends the use of a daily morning routine to set the tone for your day. The first step is to arise at the same time that the sun illuminates the horizon. Luckily, I am reading this book in the springtime in Boston. The sun is scheduled to rise at 6:41am tomorrow (3/23). Tomorrow will mark my first day of this new journey. See you then.
